How to Survive Office Politics

Office Politics is just another name for a place whereby the employees cannot get along. After all, different characters with different working attitudes are put together in an enclosed room & that is where the Office Politics situations arise.

Office Politics make you hard to concentrate on yr work and the stress to face with yr colleagues everyday can really take yr energy away. You feel miserable whenever you want to come to office to work every morning. You lose interest in yr work and can feel so tired that you wish you can take medical leave or break away from work.

But that does not solve the problem permanently. In fact, you can never get rid of office politics in a office totally. Maybe that is why working in the office can never get bored with such Politics going on.

In my 10 years of working career, I had seen, went thru lots of office politics and I am galdly to share all these situations with you. Some can really make you laugh, angry and upset etc. Well, that is life. You just have to learn to accept it and move on.
